Step 1 : First of all, you have to go to the official website of Aadhaar uidai, click on the link given below.

Step 2 : After this, you will open such a page, you have to click on the Aadhaar Authentication History in the third column.

 

Step 3  : Now you fill your Aadhaar number and captcha. An OTP will arrive on your mobile.

                        

Step 4  : Fill all the information given below as well as the OTP that came on the mobile.

First select All in Authentication Type, then select the interval of time you want to see, select No of records according to your choice or choose 50 for all histories, then click on Verify by entering the mobile which has received OTP. 

Step 5 : Now the time interval you have selected, your entire history of Aadhaar will open.

Now you can see where you have used Aadhaar.

With this, you can also find out if your Aadhaar was not used on some unknown site, which you have not done.
